Chinese government have paid high attention on development of coal industry, set up macro economic policy beneficial to healthy development of coal industry and established a tactic, i.e. taking coal as principal part and focus on electric power, as well as full development on both oil and new energy. There will be a larger space for development of Chinese coal industry along with speedup of industrialization, urbanization, market consciousness and internationalization, as well as continuously required energy including coal. During development of Chinese coal industry, technology, equipment and capital will be greatly introduced to realize management innovation and technical reformation.
